About The Toy Tree

The Toy Tree has been in business for 20 years!

The Schmid Family took over the 800 sq ft gem in quite Sandy Hook, CT in 2010.

Over the past 12 years, we've expanded to 2,500 sq ft at our current location at The Village at Lexington Gardens in Newtown, CT.

We continued our expansion by opening a second store in Oxford at Quarry Walk in 2021.

The Toy Tree has evolved over the years into a one-stop shop with gifts for all ages.

We still have toys & books galore but we are now a gift shop as well. Please check us out, we have something special for everyone!
